1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2. Cut the roasted chicken breast into thin strips.

3. Wash and chop the greens into bite-sized pieces.

4. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken strips, greens, olive oil or avocado oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

5. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later!
